These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Course Miracles educational services and website. By enrolling in our courses or using our website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Course Miracles provides online programming education courses designed to teach software development skills through project-based learning. Our courses are educational in nature and do not guarantee specific career outcomes, employment placement, or income levels.
Upon enrollment and payment, you receive access to course materials for the duration specified in your course description. Access periods vary by course and are clearly stated on each course page before enrollment.
Our courses are self-paced within the access period. You are responsible for managing your learning schedule and completing coursework within the available time frame.
To enroll in our courses, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. You must provide accurate information during enrollment.
Course fees are stated in Euros and must be paid in full before accessing course materials unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change but will not affect already enrolled students.

You agree to use our services and interact with other students and instructors respectfully and professionally. Harassment, discrimination, cheating, or any form of abusive behavior will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
While collaboration is encouraged, you must complete assignments and projects honestly. Plagiarism or submission of others' work as your own violates academic integrity and may result in removal from courses.
You are responsible for having appropriate computer equipment, internet access, and software needed to complete our courses. We cannot provide refunds due to personal technical difficulties or incompatible equipment.
We do not guarantee that completing our courses will result in employment, specific salary levels, career changes, or any particular outcome. Your success depends on many factors including your effort, market conditions, and circumstances beyond our control.
While we strive for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We may need to perform maintenance, updates, or repairs that temporarily affect service availability.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure course content is accurate and current. However, technology changes rapidly, and some information may become outdated. We are not liable for decisions made based on course content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Course Miracles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course in question.
Our marketing materials and website content comply with Google Ads and Quora Ads policies. We do not make prohibited claims about guaranteed results, misleading promises, or unsubstantiated statements about educational outcomes.
All statements about our courses, their content, duration, and expected outcomes are made honestly and accurately. We distinguish clearly between what our courses provide and what external factors beyond our control might affect.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is detailed in our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR and Spanish data protection regulations.
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of modified terms.
Changes do not apply retroactively to courses already purchased unless required by law.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services immediately if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or for other legitimate reasons. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
You may discontinue using our services at any time. Refunds for voluntary withdrawal are governed by our Refund Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guadalajara, Spain.
